Joint solution allows users to visualize content in one place, accelerating decision making and driving better outcomes

SAN CARLOS, Calif., November 4, 2015 -- Bluescape, a cloud-based platform that provides virtual collaborative workspaces, today introduced its integration with Dropbox, providing Dropbox’s 400 million users with the ability to easily integrate their files directly into a Bluescape workspace. With Bluescape, enterprise teams can easily collaborate, visualize and share ideas in real time, make decisions together and drive better outcomes with confidence and efficiency.

“Often in business it’s hard to identify gaps, understand roadblocks, or work a challenge through without a full view,” said Elizabeth McGlauflin, COO of Bluescape. “Having the option to pull all your files into a Bluescape workspace in just a few clicks allows teams to see and work with their content in one place. By visualizing the entire project, teams have the creative freedom to work the way they want, enabling faster decisions and inspiring them to do their best work.”

This new integration simplifies the way teams work together by removing the barriers to great work. Now, customers of Bluescape and Dropbox can access files stored in Dropbox directly from within their Bluescape workspace, creating a seamless experience between the two software applications.

“Today’s customers’ expectations are evolving,” said Scott Poulton, CEO of Bluescape. “Enterprise users are growing increasingly frustrated with siloed applications and not being able to easily access the content they need to collaborate. Bluescape delivers a visual collaborative workspace that breaks down the silos. Our integration with Dropbox creates alignment, since everything can now be accessed and worked on in one workspace – artifacts can be tagged and revisited to support a thought, decision, or action, streamlining work and the approval process.”
