Scott is a global executive with a proven track record of delivering results and effecting change. Formerly the CEO of Bluescape, Scott continues to guide Bluescape as its Executive Chairman of the Board. Scott transitioned from CEO to Chairman after having led the company from its founding to its position as an early market leader. In this role, he continues to realize the Bluescape vision in partnership with CEO, Peter Jackson. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman at Bluescape, Scott serves as VP of Global M&A, Legal Affairs & Strategic Ventures at Haworth.
Peter Jackson is an innovative and experienced CEO, President and Board Member with over 30 years of executive management experience including 12 years of public company management. He is known in the industry as a visionary for taking start-up companies to acquisition and IPO exits. As CEO of Bluescape, he is driving the company’s strategic direction, growth and market adoption of Bluescape’s collaboration workspace solution.
Prior to joining Bluescape, Peter was CEO, co-founder and Board Member of Ziploop Inc. which was acquired by SNIPP in Oct. 2017. He also served as Board Member and Advisor to Eventbrite, DocuSign and Kanjoya. He also founded and lead several emerging companies to successful exits – taking Intraware to IPO and becoming President/COO of Dataflex (NASDAQ. DFLX) after Granite Systems was acquired.
Born and raised in Northern California, Mark joined the US Army in 1993 and served for six years as a Counterintelligence Agent with a tour in Haiti and two tours in Bosnia. Mark went on to spend nearly a decade at Northrop Grumman as a senior software engineer. He was responsible for the government contractor’s security-related efforts, serving as the IT liaison between the US Army INSCOM and NSA Personnel Divisions while attaining a Juris Doctorate from George Mason School of Law. Mark then went on to become the Director of Software and Mobile Security for Aetna/CVS before joining Bluescape in June 2019.
Catherine is an experienced marketing executive and entrepreneur with over 10 years experience managing and marketing products across finance and technology. At Bluescape, Catherine leads product marketing and is responsible for messaging & positioning, customer development, product adoption, and sales enablement. Her background spans product management, marketing, and customer success. Before coming to Bluescape, Catherine was the co-founder and COO of Pomello, a HR software solution for company culture. Pomello went through Y-Combinator and was later acquired by OutMatch where Catherine served as a Marketing Director. She has also been a senior product for Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Tom is an experienced product, ecosystem, and sales executive with more than 20 years of experience delivering solutions to market and building ecosystem partnerships to drive adoption and scale. At Bluescape, Tom leads Business Development and is responsible for overall channel strategy and execution. His background in technology solution enablement, partner management, and sales, including bringing multiple innovative products to market and working alongside some of the largest technology companies in the world, provides an excellent background for defining and driving Bluescape’s partner strategy and programs. Before Bluescape, Tom built his business acumen at Intel, working there for over 20 years in various roles including, Director of Global Sales for the Intel Unite Platform, Director of Commercial Solution Enablement, Director of Strategy, among others. Tom has a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Building a great company takes finding and retaining great talent. Natalie has more than a decade of experience spanning Human Resources, Staffing, Employee Engagement, and Development. Her hands-on experience leading HR initiatives includes policy design, performance management, recruiting, culture, training, and development, as well as benefits administration. Prior to joining Bluescape, Natalie held the role of US People Operations Manager at Nexsan, (acquired by Imation), where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, as well as advised and managed international HR teams and initiatives. She also worked at Strand Labs, DRG (acquired by Coalfire) and other organizations where she supported multiple branches and partnered with executive management leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business initiatives and goals.
