Scott is a global executive with a proven track record of delivering results and effecting change. Formerly the CEO of Bluescape, Scott continues to guide Bluescape as its Executive Chairman of the Board. Scott transitioned from CEO to Chairman after having led the company from its founding to its position as an early market leader. In this role, he continues to realize the Bluescape vision in partnership with CEO, Peter Jackson. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman at Bluescape, Scott serves as VP of Global M&A, Legal Affairs & Strategic Ventures at Haworth.

Peter Jackson is an innovative and experienced CEO, President and Board Member with over 30 years of executive management experience including 12 years of public company management. He is known in the industry as a visionary for taking start-up companies to acquisition and IPO exits. As CEO of Bluescape, he is driving the company’s strategic direction, growth and market adoption of Bluescape’s collaboration workspace solution.

Prior to joining Bluescape, Peter was CEO, co-founder and Board Member of Ziploop Inc. which was acquired by SNIPP in Oct. 2017. He also served as Board Member and Advisor to Eventbrite, DocuSign and Kanjoya. He also founded and lead several emerging companies to successful exits – taking Intraware to IPO and becoming President/COO of Dataflex (NASDAQ. DFLX) after Granite Systems was acquired.

Demian is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several successful software technology companies over the course of his 25-year career. At Bluescape, Demian leads technological innovation and product strategy. Demian is a recognized leader in SaaS business models and technologies, and has held key leadership roles at software companies like Innotas (formerly Project Arena), Convoy Corp., and Teaching Channel. He is currently a featured writer on the Forbes Technology Council.

Kevin Beals

Kevin is a seasoned financial executive and CPA with more than 20 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, corporate development, HR, operations, legal, and IT functions. At Bluescape, Kevin is responsible for the Finance, Legal, and HR functions. Prior to Bluescape, Kevin held finance leadership roles at RetailNext, Nearbuy Systems, Aruba Networks, AirWave Wireless, and 2Roam, Inc. Kevin currently serves as an advisory board member for the Santa Clara University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and he spends much of his free time coaching his kids’ baseball, basketball, and soccer teams in San Carlos.

MT is an experienced sales executive with more than 20 years of experience successfully building and growing sales organizations. At Bluescape, M.T. leads the Sales organization and is responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue operations. His background in enterprise sales—including being the first sales executive at many early-stage startups—provides a great foundation for understanding markets and driving sales. Prior to Bluescape, M.T. was Director of Sales at Tanium Inc, was VP of Business Development and Sales, and has held sales leadership positions at Taskrabbit, Groundwork, and Intraware.

Mark Willis

Born and raised in Northern California, Mark joined the US Army in 1993 and served for six years as a Counterintelligence Agent with a tour in Haiti and two tours in Bosnia. Mark went on to spend nearly a decade at Northrop Grumman as a senior software engineer. He was responsible for the government contractor’s security-related efforts, serving as the IT liaison between the US Army INSCOM and NSA Personnel Divisions while attaining a Juris Doctorate from George Mason School of Law. Mark then went on to become the Director of Software and Mobile Security for Aetna/CVS before joining Bluescape in June 2019.

Andy is a software industry veteran with a successful track record of building and propelling Silicon Valley SaaS companies. At Bluescape, Andy ensures that customers gain the utmost value from Bluescape. In this role, Andy oversees the hardware solutions and customer onboarding process as well as customer support, service, adoption, and advocacy. Prior to Bluescape, Andy held leadership positions at Aviso, Affectiva, and SugarCRM among many others.

Rupen Chanda

Rupen Chanda is a respected industry innovator widely admired for his technology vision and leadership. Chanda most recently comes from Blackberry, where he drove direction for the company’s IoT platform, and led its security initiatives as vice president of engineering.Prior to Blackberry, Chanda spent a successful career at Adobe, where he received the moniker, “The Godfather of Flash,” a platform he created that transformed cloud software applications. He was also the co-founding engineer at Middlesoft, which was acquired by Macromedia/ Adobe. He is the primary or co-author of 48 technology patents and has been awarded the prestigious Adobe Founders Award.

Catherine is an experienced marketing executive and entrepreneur with over 10 years experience managing and marketing products across finance and technology. At Bluescape, Catherine leads product marketing and is responsible for messaging & positioning, customer development, product adoption, and sales enablement. Her background spans product management, marketing, and customer success. Before coming to Bluescape, Catherine was the co-founder and COO of Pomello, a HR software solution for company culture. Pomello went through Y-Combinator and was later acquired by OutMatch where Catherine served as a Marketing Director. She has also been a senior product for Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Tom Loza

Tom is an experienced product, ecosystem, and sales executive with more than 20 years of experience delivering solutions to market and building ecosystem partnerships to drive adoption and scale. At Bluescape, Tom leads Business Development and is responsible for overall channel strategy and execution. His background in technology solution enablement, partner management, and sales, including bringing multiple innovative products to market and working alongside some of the largest technology companies in the world, provides an excellent background for defining and driving Bluescape’s partner strategy and programs. Before Bluescape, Tom built his business acumen at Intel, working there for over 20 years in various roles including, Director of Global Sales for the Intel Unite Platform, Director of Commercial Solution Enablement, Director of Strategy, among others. Tom has a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Based in New York City, John brings more than 20 years of enterprise software and solutions experience to Bluescape. Having held leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, John has built a successful track record of driving global growth both at emerging technology companies and at established enterprises, such as Oracle and IBM. John is also a founding Trustee of Uncommon NYC (established in 2005), which has grown into a network of public charter schools that provides K-12 education to over 8,000 scholars. John holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Columbia University.

Based in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles, Amin is entering his second decade in technology and enterprise software. In his fourth year at Bluescape, Amin is responsible for the sales, go-to-market strategy, and technology alliances within the Media and Entertainment vertical. Amin holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.

Dina is the financial controller leading the accounting team at Bluescape. She is responsible for managing the company accounting functions. Dina has worked in accounting and finance for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Bluescape, Dina held a senior accountant position at CompareNetworks, where she was responsible for the full function of month-end close.

Oswald comes to Bluescape with more than 25 years of experience in a spectrum of technology companies—ranging from e-commerce to internet advertising—including Symantec, Roche Bioscience, and several early- to mid-stage SaaS startups like Claria, VerticalResponse, and Xora. While passionate about technology automation, he also brings financial efficiency expertise and techniques to technology planning and execution. Oswald has held several senior roles, including VP/CTO of Technology Architecture, Engineering, & Operations; and has strategized the integration of startups into acquiring companies through M&A.

Natalie Kroll

Building a great company takes finding and retaining great talent. Natalie has more than a decade of experience spanning Human Resources, Staffing, Employee Engagement, and Development. Her hands-on experience leading HR initiatives includes policy design, performance management, recruiting, culture, training, and development, as well as benefits administration. Prior to joining Bluescape, Natalie held the role of US People Operations Manager at Nexsan, (acquired by Imation), where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, as well as advised and managed international HR teams and initiatives. She also worked at Strand Labs, DRG (acquired by Coalfire) and other organizations where she supported multiple branches and partnered with executive management leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business initiatives and goals.
